Glomac's Ruma 33 hillside homes in Saujana Sungai Buloh have all been booked

The gross development value of this double-story terrace housing project is about RM28.5 million. It was launched in December 2021.
Ruma 33 will have 33 homes with prices starting at RM669,000. The project will be completed in 2023.
Zulkifly Garib, Glomac's group chief operating officer, said that Covid-19 has significantly altered people's lifestyles.
According to him, despite reports of a softening property market as a result of the virus's impact on buyers' overall purchasing power, there is a surge in demand for quality homes, particularly landed properties with more space.
"Many now prefer to stay at home rather than spending time outside. More people are also working from home. As a result of this, we are seeing higher demand for bigger and better quality landed properties," he said in a statement.
All Ruma 33 homes have a floor space built-up ranging from 2,222 to 2,245 square feet, and each unit has two frontages, providing a beautiful view and spacious surroundings.
Glomac has about RM8 billion in property projects in the works. In the future, the company plans to launch more property products for various market segments, including quality affordable homes.
It plans to launch several new projects this year, including double-storey homes in Saujana KLIA and Rumah Selangorku homes at Glomac Lakeside Residence in Puchong.
