MR GERALD PETER (HEAD OF INDUSTRIAL)

Mr Gerald Peter is the Head of our Industrial Team.He holds a Diploma in Architecture and has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1987.

During this tenure, he has had achieved top-level sales in this sector with numerous awards from the companies that he was attached to.

He was also head of the Industrial Department in Reapfield for a period of 14 years.

His experience and expertise includes recruitment, in-depth training and managing of Real Estate Negotiators (RENs). Many RENs will attest to his management style and knowledge with precise ‘hands-on’ closing skills.

His profound knowledge on Industrial agency matters in the Klang valley, especially in the WESTPORT area has positioned himself to be a well-sought after person by many companies wanting advisory and consultancy services for the benefit of all concerned.

As of 1st September 2022, he has officially joined CID Realtors as the Director of Industrial Projects in Malaysia.
